the totoyoga zoom community

What started off as an emergency way of teaching through the pandemic has turned into a wonderful online yoga community that is thriving! I have no plans to stop any of these online classes so the schedule is as above. They are all held online through Zoom. All classes are Vinyasa flow and are open to all levels; options will be given to modify to make it both harder and easier. The classes are £9 each (per screen) and can be booked by emailing me on info@totoyoga.co.uk You can pay per class or do a block of your choosing (£9 for one class, £18 for two, £45 for five or however many up to 10 maximum at a time). Credits do not expire. No refunds, but feel free to sell your classes to a friend if you think you won’t use them!

CLAPHAM COMMON OUTDOOR YOGA, SUMMER

In the Summer, when the weather allows us to, we head out to the common! Please tell me each week whether you’re interested in coming so I can message details. The classes are £10, and we meet just behind The Windmill pub on Clapham Common. Come back here for 2024 details around April/May……please email or text me if you want any more details
