Sunday shoulder snack….break away from your phone/tv for a little shoulder mobility! ✨squeeze the elbows towards each other in front of you and draw as wide a circle as you can, going slower than I am (I sped up the video) ✨squeeze the shoulder blades towards each other behind you ✨with the second one, interlace the fingers round the back of the head and open the chest as you lift ✨round the back and bring the elbows towards each other in front of you as you close in ✨with the last one, open the palms up and lift ✨when you round the back, flip the palms all the way round, full 360° so they end up facing up again, but this time with your back rounded ✨breathe! ✨enjoy #shoulderstretch #stretchingtips #yogaroutine #yogafromhome #yogaforall #yogaforbeginners #yogaparatodos

It’s a back bendy week for classes! Expect some wheels and bow pose…. I don’t advocate doing locust on a structure like I am here….my hip bones were extremely unhappy 😩 I do advocate doing locust in many other situations

Five years of yoga retreats at the gorgeous Apple House!! We were incredibly lucky with the weather, almost too lucky, which meant there was some very understandable skipping of the last yoga class in favour of pool time!! That said a lot of people powered on through both classes and the hike! SATURDAY 22nd JUNE - YOGA RETREAT DAY Due to my miscalculations 🙈, @herbsandwild and I have two spots left on our day retreat in Wiltshire on Midsummer’s Day! Come and nourish your soul and body. The day runs from 10am - 6pm and is only 1 hour 15 minutes on the train from Clapham Junction and then a 12 minute drive to the location in Barford St Martin.
